How to give longer answer at a job interview in a call center

 In this lesson, we are going to learn one simple but powerful strategy to give longer answers at a job interview in a call center. 

I have seen how many applicants go to the job interview in a call center and they give a short and simple answer to different questions that could be asked during the job interview. 

The following strategy is call paraphrase the question. What is paraphrasing is simply retelling a specific part of the question? So the strategy in order for you to have a longer answer will be: Paraphrase, Answer, and Reasons (because, since, as, due to) 

P + A + R + R 

If you follow this strategy you will give a longer answer and the recruit will be asking you more questions happily in the end the recruit gets tired of asking the same question over and over again and when they hear someone who understands the question and answers properly will be happy talking to you. 

Some of the questions a recruiter can ask you are:

What is your favorite movie?

If you could go anywhere in the world where could you go?

What is the best place to visit in your country?

What has been the most difficult situation you have ever been and how you resolved it?

If you could travel back in the time where would you go and why?
