What is going on Agents for Call Centers!

In our first lesson we are going to have a small conversation about our experiences when either taking or making calls over the phone. 

Additionally, you will start improving your listening skills from day 1. 

You will listen to three conversations and you will answer the following questions. 

1. Who is Calling?

2. Who does he / she want to speak to?

3. Does he / she get through? if not, why not?

4. What will happen next?
