This sometimes can be tricky but guess what with this class you will learn how to instruct someone to reach his or her final destination with the words or phrases you need to know.

How to ask for a specific place or room inside a call center
The vocabulary you should know
- Go down
- Go up
- Go past the
- Go along | Go straight ahead
- Turn right | Make a Right
- Turn left | Make a left
- It's on your left
- It's on your right
- Take the first entrance
- It's in the middle of the
- at the end
- at the beginning

EXAMPLE:
1. I'm looking for the Interview room.
2. Can you show me where the conference room is?
3. How do I find the breakroom?
4. How do I get to the toilets?
5. Could you direct me to the customer service floor?
GIVING DIRECTIONS IN A CALL CENTER
EXAMPLE
1. Take this hallway and it's around the corner. You will find it there.
2. Take this hallway on your right go past the first security door, go straight ahead and the first door on your left will be the conference room, you can't miss it.
3. It's just in front of the reception
